Our Sapphire Girls Retreat
Each year, Sapphire Girls gather together to deepen and grow, to lift each other up, to listen, and to absorb new learning. There is always a nature component as we believe Nature Heals, and that immersing ourselves in the complex yet simple gifts that are offered in the forest, mountains, rivers and lakes provide connection, balancing, and the ability to be present in a dynamic beneficial way. Other components of the retreats will vary and may include (sometimes all of these themes will be explored!):
Meditation
Tapping
Earthing
Sound Healing
Forest Bathing
Gratitude Immersions

Sacred Sites
Our days start quietly with reflection and connection to the sunrise, followed by a walking meditation, forest bath, and gentle QiGong. A healthy, organic, local fare breakfast will be offered next, eaten outside weather permitting. Mid-morning will feature a learning exercise with an expert in their field – nutrition, meditation, Elder, journaling, earth connection – an ever evolving smorgasbord! These learning sessions will be interactive and will always have take aways such as written materials, books, CDs, or podcasts to try and then take home for reference. We will then enjoy lunch together or alone as you choose. An hour after lunch is held for your rest or reading individually, and will be followed by an activity appropriate to the season – examples are: dog sledding, hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, lake swimming, exploration into Glacier National Park, energy work, fat tire biking, aerial adventures, paddle boarding – each afternoon offers a unique experience. Dinner is communal, a buffet of choices with live music and conversation. Evenings will include sound healing at sunset and a yoga session. We will end the day by setting intentions and journaling for the following day, with warm beverages and/or cocktails and wine. Early mornings and evenings will follow the same pattern to help facilitate deepening into these practices. Mid-morning to mid-afternoon learnings and activities will feature new experiences and activities each day. Retreats are casual and rustic, imbued with the beauty of the natural setting of northwest Montana. Activities are meant for all ages and fitness levels; adjustments will gladly be made for each participant. This is a women’s only retreat. A variety of accommodations are offered including single cabins, local suites, teepee, and bedrooms in the host’s home – all have private bath (teepee has upscale port-a-toilet). Pricing for the retreat will vary depending on accommodation. Transportation will be provided from Glacier International Airport and to all activities, as well as from various accommodations not on site.
